It always starts with a manufactured crisis, or a natural one that can be exploited. When people are stressed, afraid, and confused they can be manipulated easily. Fear and doubt are powerful motivators for change, and for evil.
9-11, flue, Zika virus, war…all these are opportunities to be exploited thus. Global warming is debunked, so they changed the name to “climate change”.
But make no mistake, and wake up to the fact that evil forces intend to use all these and more as excuses to take over resources, redistribute wealth, and destroy the USA as we know it.
Under attack from socialists and corruption within, societal decay and immorality, and under attack from the same enemies that we battled in WW2 and the cold war that followed; if not for God’s intervention and disruptive technology (social media and global, multilingual communication) and the emergence of a faith-driven purveyor of Agape Love as leader (Donald Trump); the USA had already been defeated.
It was over, compromised from within and without by corruption, and our very real enemies, we were well on our way to destruction, and that was no accident.
As has always been the case, “We the People” have always had the power to affect change, good and bad, rapidly. All that is required is a faithful and charismatic leader who can unite us in a common goal.
And our faithful father, GOD, has been here all along, watching, intervening when necessary, guiding our steps, but still allowing us enough latitude to learn by making mistakes.
HE always knew that this day would come, just not the hour, because HE knows us, HE knows the world, and HE knows the inevitable conclusion of the forces that are already in motion.
The scriptures talk about sleeping, and awakening:
If this world was based on accidents and coincidences, we would have never gotten this far. The truth is the truth, recognizable to all. Even the evil people in this world who wish to dominate us all know that men and women of faith cannot be enslaved.
Even the evil know that a people who have a direct connection to and knowledge of God, and one mind thus, cannot be defeated or destroyed, and that a the very real and living God, Elohim, with his host of angels, will not let that happen.
Therefore, those very same dark forces, know that any gain they make must be empowered by deception of the masses, and they are very aggressive and shameless in that endeavor.
Enter technology: everyone, from the least to the most powerful, being able to communicate in any language, for free, for the first time in history. To say that this is a learning opportunity would be a massive understatement.
The changes and opportunities made possible here are endless:
- A technology enabled mind is a mind on steroids, capable of almost limitless contact management, reach, and influence
- A technology enabled world can eliminate waste, toil, and pollution
- A technology enabled country can become a true democracy, a true meritocracy, actually controlled and ruled by it’s people
- A technology enabled family can live close to the land, well, eat better, and create less waste, living a happier, more peaceful and enlightened lifestyle
- Technology can enable and empower us to hold our media, our government, and each other accountable for our actions, good and bad.
- A technology enabled school can exist anywhere, with only one teacher, and an internet connection.
- Technology can destroy the walls that enslave us, the ignorance that bankrupts us, and the self-imposed limits to our advancement.
The proverbial “New Jerusalem” is not far off, if we understand these these things; the sooner the better, in my opinion.

Why “Minimalism” is the answer:
Imagine a world where people shop local, buy local, produce as much as the can locally; where we live closer to nature, and value each other more than money. This is what family once was, and it is what our lifestyles in the future can become again.
In order to truly improve any society, any Government, we must improve the basic belief structure of the people themselves; the governed must be governable.
This change is more possible, always, and today, during times of unrest and discomfort.
The time is now, in 2017, to take a new look at who we are, what we believe, and what we are going to do about it.
I have been speaking and writing for 15 years about fundamental societal change made possible by New Media technology, and by a new awakening of the spirit.
Now it is time to get specific about what these changes need to be in order to heal our society, our Government, and our world; beginning with a new minimalism and change of focus amongst “We the People”:
- Some thoughts about Servitude: Humans are born to resist tyranny, whether it comes from individuals, religions, Governments, or ideologies. At the same time, all progress, all civilization, is based on service to each other (Agape Love), God, and country. When humans put their own needs above the greater good, evil results happen, and sociopaths are empowered.
- Our needs are easy: food, shelter, and love (each other). It is our WANTS that enslave us, addict us, corrupt us, and destroy us. The more we focus on what we need, instead of evil desires, the better our lives become.
- The less we desire, the stronger we are: every great society knows this. If we desire only to live, eat, and love, and are cognoscente and focused on the fact that we need only these, we are less likely to be corrupted by vices, greed, envy, ambition and hate. We live better, more focused, more productive, happier, and more fruitful lives when we value these truths.
- In these modern times, there are many distractions taking us away form our basic needs. This is not healthy, it makes us sick, addicted, less focused, less conscious, and less enlightened.
- What we believe, we become. In a world of mindless workers, junk science, corrupt media and government, and addiction, society crumbles, every time. Racism, Sexism, and Avarice are universally destructive to the human condition, and our world.
- While we have been busy, too often, engaging in all these mistakes, disruptive technological change has made new solutions not only possible, but doable, and inevitable.
We need to ask ourselves what we really need, what is good for us. We must learn to want what we need, not need what we want. This is the basic difference between a mindless ungovernable rabble as apposed to a thoughtful, good, and pure people.
In order to solve any problem(s) we must first identify the problems:
- Sickness: nobody who is sick wants to be sick. Too often, though, that sickness is the result of a lifestyle. The two biggest factors for better health are diet and exercise; and yet, lately, with few exceptions, we eat terrible food, drink the wrong water, and do not exercise regularly. Industrialized food, mono-cropping, pesticides, Urban lifestyles, and pollution are all related, and they affect our health.
- Mobility: travel is fun and educational. It is also expensive, stressful, dangerous, and causes pollution. To be able to travel is wonderful. To do it constantly is not. The destruction of the nuclear family, and the depravity of our youth, even pollution are all caused in part by traveling too much, commuting too much, and the costs and risks and stress associated with these practices.
- Technology: Technology is only a tool, like a hammer. A hammer can be used to build with, or to kill with. It is not the hammer itself that is bad, it is just a tool. But powerful tools, like guns, are useful, and also dangerous. We must learn to use new technologies, and new tools of all kinds, responsibly. Modern technology can empower true meritocracy, and better, healthier lifestyles. Technology can greatly improve education, reduce the need for travel, and make our lives better. It can also seduce us, it can be used to control us, and it is dangerous in the wrong hands. A healthy respect is in order, not for the technology itself, but for the integrity of the users, and dangers associated with it’s miss-use. Technology is not an end, it is a means to an end. Technology must never be aloud to enrich and empower the worst amongst us.
- Waste: “Waste not, want not.” It is a simple principle, and it is important, and that is why it has become a cliche. We have the technology and the know how to do a better job. We can eat better, healthier food, produce less waste and less pollution, and live healthier, happier lives if we can master the use of modern technology, and let go of the failed habits in our past. We can garden, anywhere. We can recycle, and we do a better job of it daily. We can travel less, burning less fuel, causing less pollution, and freeing up more and more quality time, if we change our belief structures accordingly; and if we break old, outdated, destructive habits. We can govern better, more fairly, and with less cost. All these changes can be easily achieved if we can agree to make them, and some are underway as we speak. It could happen much faster.
- Outdated attitudes: the idea that everyone wants to live above the Frey, in oversize, empty houses, with no chores, and lots of toys, is one of them. Do you really love that chem-lawn, the chores associated with it, and that big empty house to maintain, with all the overhead that goes with it, enough to spend your life working most of the time to support that lifestyle, doing something that, too often, you hate, commuting in traffic, living for vacations? One garden, one whirlpool, one pool, one large kitchen, one rec-room, one internet connection, one big-screen, one doctor, and two or three vehicles can support the healthy, happy lifestyles of a decent sized extended family, cost-effectively, and with a very high quality of life.
Summary: We need to change our thinking!

At 62 and 1/2 years old, I have done terrible, dirty work, been exposed to nasty chemicals of all kinds, lived hard, played harder, and am ridiculously healthy. There is lots of cancer in my Jewish family, but I have none. Now I will double down on the premises that have gotten me this far, and share them with you:
- Water – you are better off drinking tap water than filtered water in most places. Filtered water has no minerals in it, and minerals are essential to your health. The best water comes out of the ground, and has minerals in the right combinations in it. Pills are not the same. Everywhere where people routinely live to be over 100 years old, there is very good water.
- Eat meat, not grain – you are not a horse, you only have one stomach. If you look at healthy animals, they eat meat, mostly. If you look at fat, lumbering, slow, heavy animals, they eat grain. Eat meat and vegetables, very little sugar, not too much fruit (mostly sugar), no white flower, only sea salt (contains minerals in right amounts).
- If it had a mother, or grew in the ground, you can eat it -don’t eat processed foods, they are expensive, and are not food. They contain too many bad ingredients (sugar, salt, preservatives, even polymers). These unnatural foods mess up the balance of bio-agents in your stomach, so that even when you eat good food, you do not get nutrition. Soda drinks and Alcohol absolutely destroy your stomach chemistry.
- Do not be an addict. I have gotten away with smoking for half my life, but I am very sure that if I had done so the other half, I would already be dead. Don’t smoke cigarettes; don’t smoke anything daily, period. Don’t drink coffee every day in excess, a little black coffee is fine, but not as a habit, burns out your adrenal glands. Don’t use any drug that you can live without, period. Myself, I will finally be not-addicted to any of these this year; but even moderation will extend your life, enhance your health. The less addicted you are, the happier you will be.
- Exercise – most people do it wrong. You do not want to beat yourself to death, give yourself pain, or wear yourself out. However, even if you have a physical job, a regular, aerobic exercise routine puts you in control of your bodily functions, and maintains a proper metabolism, elimination and immune systems, and burns calories, reducing stress. I do a combination of Pilates, yoga, lots of leisure walking, and a Kung Fu Kata. I do not push myself, just two or three times per week unless I feel like more, just 20-40 minutes. The key is consistency, at least 2 or 3 times per week will make you stronger, faster, more agile. Whole body exercises are best.
- Do not attach yourself to money or possessions – you can have money, be ambitious, do whatever you love, but do not be attached – instead be yourself, at all costs, and let everything else be secondary. If you be yourself, who you are made to be, you will be happy and healthy, no matter what you have, make, or lose. If you own possessions or wealth, own it, do not let it own you. Ask yourself: if you die, who will own it then?
- Be in love, and of love. If you love people, a business, an activity, God, or even nature, you are making love flow through you. Love gives power, heals all woulds, re-empowers you beyond imagination. Love is the goal. Agape love is love of it all, even the people, even the hardships, the entire journey is a blessing that you can never deserve.
- Be humble. Humility IS youth. The young are humble, the old are proud. The humble are free and unencumbered, while the self important are rigid, defensive, and owned. These things really are your choices, if you choose to make choices. Choose life. Never stop learning and growing and challenging yourself to be a better version of you.
- Think good thoughts. If you constantly think about negative and stressful things, you age, even become ill. If you constantly fill your mind with good prayers and beliefs and outcomes, you manifest those outcomes, you become the embodiment of what you decide to think about.
- Know who you are and your place in the world. You are not God, and you are not an animal. You have a mind, a body, and a spirit. All of them live in the same space. Anything that affects one, affects, and infects, the whole. If you neglect and deny your soul, your goodness, then the ugliness will show in your body. If you pompously ignore the knowledge of the ages thinking that you have a better idea, you are not humble and not enlightened; instead you are self important, self absorbed, rapidly dying, and headed for a fall.
When mind, body, and soul are clean, humble, and in sync, health happens as a natural result.
Will worry add a single day to your life?
22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. So what, exactly does this all mean?

I was correct when I originally wrote this, as you can see, and I believe it is that time again in 2023!
There are many ways of Raising money for Real Estate Investment, or any other business!
In 2017, artificially low interest rates will rise, the economy is already recovering, and real estate bargain prices are still available.
There has never been a better time to purchase real estate, and Equity Capital raised in a Private Placement of LLC Shares can qualify as a Real Estate Investment Trust, and meet down payment requirements for mortgage lenders.
With new ways to market those shares and raise the necessary equity capital enabled by social media and crowd funding, 2017 is the perfect time to plan an offering and create a project.
It is not hard to do a Reg D PPM
- Pick a real estate project
- Quantify what you have to bring to the table
- Create a document
- Obtain a contingent commitment from a lender
- Raise the Equity capital from family, friends, relatives, investors
- Secure the real estate
- You are on your way as managing partner!
PICKING A PROJECT
It can be an empty building that can be converted to retail, live and work environment, a business incubator, a farm, an apartment complex, anything with potential, even a whole Ghost Town
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE
Your assets can be expertise such as management experience or a Real Estate or other professional licence, marketing connections or expertise, cash investment, a dormant, non-producing asset of some kind, or even a related business(s) that can enhance the potential profit.
CREATE A DOCUMENT
You can get templates from a number of places with updated PPM (private placement memorandum), subscription agreements, and associated disclosures and forms for your state. You can also hire somebody to assist you very inexpensively. Contrary to popular belief, Lawyers and Accountants are not needed to do this legally, it is the right of every American Citizen to do so with certain exemptions from registration under various federal and state laws:
- “The coffee table rule”
- Regulation D, rules 504, 505, 506
- Uniform Securities act of 1981
- “Limited Offering Exemption”
CONTINGENT COMMITMENT
Lenders and investors of all kinds have a criteria. A contingent commitment to participate is obtained by contacting them, asking them what the cirteria is, reading it back to them, and asking them to commit to the criteria they just described, in written or letter form. These letters can then be added to the PPM, and help to secure investments. Funding the project then becomes simply a matter of informing all parties that, according to their letters, they have already bought!
EQUITY CAPITAL – SELLING SHARES
With all these other steps in place, it may surprize you how easily the LLC Private Shares can be sold, if and when the project is well planned, researched and prepared, and the upside potential is clearly defined. The downside potential for equity shares in an early stage offering is a complete loss of capital, so the upside needs to be large: at least a ten times return within 3-5 years. The assumptions and projections must be credible, and well documented.
SECURE THE REAL ESTATE
Once you have raised the paid in capital, and tied up the property by funding an escrow, with enough downpayment to qualify, the original contingent commitment lender can be given first right of refusal as promised, and other lenders can be shopped. I have found that often the original commitment is not at the lowest available rate once the project has come this far.
BECOME THE PROJECT MANAGER
If all these things are done well, you are now in complete control of a fully funded, very tax advantaged project.
I have done this many times over the last 30+ years.

Now that 2016 draws to a close, it is time to get specific about how we will repair our USA, drain the swamp in Washington, and also restore our American culture.
No part of our nation has suffered more under failed ideology and the deliberate, Satanic sabotage of the “New World Order” than our families.
Liberty, freedom, and wealth once prominent in our nation has been undermined by way of the destruction of the American family, and the division of the generations, the races, and our children from any semblance of respect and guidance.
In order to solve these modern problems, we need modern solutions, since returning to the 1950’s USA is just is not an option.
In order to move forward, we must focus on solutions, rather than problems, and we can.
With changes made possible by new and disruptive technology, the landscape, the options, the possibilities and the solutions have also changed.
The developers who built all those track-homes with chem-lawns, financed by a corrupt banking industry and a run-away government, never intended to live in them, and neither should we. There are better alternatives now.
The Federal Government is going to be remodeled, and we need to abandon the past:
- revitalize dormant assets
- move property, education, and jobs out of the public sector
- rebuild our private sector and our families
- educate and enrich our children
- rebuild our economy
- reform our leadership.
The modern solutions to these challenges are easier to execute than you would imagine, and imagination is the key to positive change:
Stop drinking the “Cool-aid”
Regardless of which side you were once on, this is not a football game, it is not the past, and we all win or lose together. We all win, or we all lose, as one human race. The lies and corruption on both sides need to end, we all need to wake up, and we need to come together.
Materialism, sin, hedonism, greed, and pride are the real enemies. Love, honesty, accountability, enlightenment and integrity have always been, and will always be the answers.
The knowledge of the ages is now at our fingertips online. We have the technology, and the will, for a true Meritocracy, a true Democracy, based on proven principles, for the first time ever in human history.
Responsible, Sustainable, Healthy Lifestyles are Doable
Modern technology makes it possible to live anywhere, communicate from anywhere, grow food anywhere, without wires, without commuting for hours in traffic, without pollution, and with less stress and less sickness.
- Lights and technology can be powered by the sun
- Waste can be recycled and composted and re-used
- Dormant assets, empy buildings, closed military bases, and ghost-towns can become thriving, healthy, sustainable lifestyles.
But in order to accomplish these goals, we must first re-examine how and where we live, abandon outdated venues, and revitalize our world for better living.
Re-inventing the Family is Paramount
We can never return to the past. Our children are our future. Our children need us to fix this world, so that they will have even more opportunities, even more love, even more guidance and education, and even more wealth than we have seen in our times. Human development is the key to fixing our society. Lets look first at our needs, then fill them:
Humans need:
- Food
- Shelter
- Each other – other humans
- Love
- Freedom
- Diversity – we have different talents, aptitudes
- Education – our potential is unlimited when we are inspired
Our assetts:
- Almost unlimited natural resources – shortage is outdated by technology – there is plenty of room
- Buildings, land, even other planets – we have all we need to work with
- Know how, wisdom, understanding, now available to all in a few clicks
- Potential – we can achieve anything if we can decide to do so, believe that it will happen, and work together to execute a plan
- Enlightenment – as science advances, it merges more and more with spirituality. We are beginning to understand who we are, what we are here for, and what to do about it.
Modern Solutions to Ancient Problems:
- Empty buildings, dormant assets can be revitalized as modern tribal families
- Poeple too old to do physical labor can help with the children, cooking, gardening, marketing, teaching…
- Orphaned children can be adopted into new sustainable tribes
- Unemployed, forgotten workers can be offered a lifestyle as a member of the tribe
- Each of us can do something, for the good of a more localized, tribal, modern adopted family
- We are gregarious, we need each other, somebody to love, somebody to hang out with, somebody to interact with
- We dont need so many vehicles, so much travel, so much shipping, if we grow, serve, produce, manufacture, and buy local
- We can have one pool, one fitness room, one hot tub, one garden, one meeting hall, one playground, one home-school, a few vehicles, serving one tribal-sized adopted family
- Sustainable communities are not only greener, they are economically efficient
- If we need less, we can live more, have more time to love, to teach, and to enjoy our lives. As a family, we can live well, and we can prosper, anywhere.
I have been been planning this for many years, and myself, and some of my many contacts, are going to start actually creating these adopted, tribal-sized families. It is not about money, it is about Agape love.
As we identify dormant assets (empty buildings, empty land, ghost towns) we will be forming and revitalizing them thus, and offering various people, with various incomes and talents, opportunities to participate, and to join us, and to never worry again for food, shelter, love, inspiration, support, or anything else that we all need.
