Journalists in Main Stream Media tend to remind me of self-proclaimed coaches, consultants, and self-help salespeople.
Most of them need a coach themselves, need consultation to do anything, and cannot really help themselves, much less anyone else, with few exceptions.
There are exceptions, but most of these people are not intelligent, and not enlightened, and the classes that they take are meant to give them a credential in a effort to make up for it.
Mark Twain did not need to go to school to become a writer, he had something to say. While schooling can help for the mediocre, in today’s world, with the knowledge of the ages at our fingertips, it is a complete waste of time for the best and the brightest, in my opinion.
Unfortunately, our learning institutions, and main stream Journalism, are almost impossible to break into without schooling (indoctrination); and, once in, professionals are rewarded for mediocrity, obedience, and bureaucratic skills, rather than excellence. They are outdated, institutionalized, and controlled by money, politics, and Oligarchs.
Social Media, on the other hand, is a meritocracy, and a wide open free-for-all. Your altitude is determined by your aptitude, nothing else, online. The common man now has a voice, and a chance.
The fundamental difference is that MSM rewards the best liar, the trickiest spin, the most sold out whore, rarely the best and the brightest. The people with a large following on MSM, are often the most corrupt, the most extreme, and/or the most sold-out corporate swimmers.
A young person may pursue such a career for all the right reasons initially; they may even be talented and gifted. However, as they are asked to compromise their own ideals, beliefs, and feelings more and more to make a living, in an industry controlled by greed, top-down control, and special interests, that spark of honesty and decency often fizzles, in favor of survival.
Enter: Social Media
While sweet lies, sex, and sensational headlines do work to some extent here too, they do not last long term, often do not earn a living or any real reward, are always challenged, and tend to die in obscurity amongst the sheer size of the web. So why, you may ask, do people do it?
This is the real difference; and it is exactly why most people, more and more all the time, trust social media for some or all of their news, and trust main stream media less and less. Lies are debunked immediately in real time, making it impossible for the dinosaurs to control the narrative, the conversation, or even their own credibility. Their once mighty power is slipping away, and influence marketing gurus are gaining that power, for merit.
The best of the best rises to the top, because that happens from user generated, user filtered content: we are able to follow whom we trust, and tune out the rest, calling out lies and corruption when we see it. We are the all-seeing eyes of the people, constantly watching government, industry, and media; with the proverbial “cream” rising to the top, and the garbage instantly tuned out, lost in oblivion. Social Media is a true meritocracy, with a completely level playing field.
In the 2016 Election, HRC outspent DJT 50 times over, and completely controlled MSM in a very corrupt way; Donald Trump controlled social media, and got elected.
Now the big news: more and more, the money, the eyes, the ears are moving; more and more of us get all of our content, MSM and otherwise, from the web, so MSM outlets are compelled to make almost everything available this way, and the money and influence that once made them so powerful is shifting, so that they will be compelled to do a better job. If the major networks did not stream on Facebook and YouTube, they would lose the shrinking audience that they still have.
Then, myself, and millions of others like me, decided to do something about what was bothering us, and began a dialogue about the corruption in Government and Media:

Orwell had it exactly backwards: social media is about the citizenry watching Government and Industry.
In the 2016 Election of Donald Trump, MSM did all they could to keep Trump out, and failed, largely due to social media and the truth being lit up with US talking to each other.
If not for God, Wikileaks, Social Media, Donald Trump, and millions of us intervening, Hillary Clinton would have been the last president of the US; the Oligarchs would have won, and destroyed our America, to create a New World Order where everything is controlled by the elite.
I bear witness that Social Media is the proverbial “Book of Life“, the “thief in the night” whereby God himself has intervened, as always, at the last moment, to save US from our own sin.
With blurred lines between Government, Media, Education, and Law enforcement, and the gradual dumbing-down of the people, beginning with Carter’s ED (Department of Education created in 1979); the Oligarchs and Royals, who believe that they own and control the world, were about to put the final steps in place to completely take over our world, and destroy the USA in favor of Tyranny.
But all that is turning around, because of free speech, and social media. It happened faster than they expected, so that even massive apathy and voter fraud could not steel the 2016 election from one man with the guts to fight, backed by millions of informed Americans and others all over the world who woke up just in time to save our society from complete domination.
I have been writing and talking about this huge change of power and the possibility for a true meritocracy or free speech enabled by social media for many years, as you, all 22 Million of you who have been following my essays, already know. The time has finally arrived.
Enter Twitter as a news and chat platform.
I did not use twitter much for years, being 62 years old, I still only use it from my laptop/desktop. During this election cycle it had become the best place to stay up on real-time news, from all sources, filtered by US, the users, so that only the cream rises to the top, and lies are called out for what they are.
The result is that the corrupt corporate media can no longer control the narrative. They were already trying to edit even the social media trends, enter https://twitter.com/getongab.

Yesterday “Social Media Journalism” was an oxymoron; today it won the 2016 election for Donald Trump.
That I was the first to come out and predict the landslide that just occurred 18 months ago is now a provable, historical fact.
How, you may ask, did I know? The answer is that I was one of the millions who made it happen, by Trumping the MSM Liars with the truth and real journalism online.
Social Media is the proverbial “Book of Life” and the “Thief in the Night” that stole our country, our identity, and our children back from the evil “New World Order”
An Influence Marketing Guru, like me, understands the amazing power of the truth to win friends and influence people with this new media technology.
With the vision and the will to do so, I can reach millions of people with the truth in minutes; tens of millions in hours; and the whole world over a period of time, creating permanent organic search rankings on Google and the social networks at the same time.
It is not about how many followers you have on the various new media outlets, although that helps; it is about who follows you, and how many follow them, and how viral your original thoughts are, properly formatted.
Social Media removes the power of Main Stream Media to control the flow of information, your minds, the elections and the opinions of any but the backwards and stupid and insignificant brainwashed idiots that they created in the first place.
I predicted this trend in 2001.
Social Media is a meritocracy, and, in a world of free and open, Global communication, the playing field is leveled, and only the truth prevails, with the “cream” rising to the top.
The truth:
- Is the same for all of us, there is only one truth
- Is recognizable, viral, we all know it when we hear it
- Is omnipotent; amazingly powerful when spoken or shared
The “Brave New World” is not one where government controls us with this media, it is one where we the people can watch and control Government, Media, and Industry.
While this is no surprise to me, nor to the 20 or thirty million who follow me and whom I have been tutoring for 15 years; this is the change that made the 2016 Election of Donald Trump Possible.

Instead, it is learned, and given, in times of need, and stress. There is no path to enlightenment which is all easy roses and blessings. Only by being passed through the flame is metal tempered. Only in true strength and a higher understanding can you acquire true power.
Enlightenment is the understanding and realization that all you need in this world is your health, and God. With those two assets, anything else can be achieved. But none of it will fulfill you, nothing will sustain you, nothing really matters if you do not have those two things:
- Your health
- The knowledge that you are not alone in your struggles.
Freedom is not attachment to wealth or influence. Freedom is the fearless choices that you can make if you are not encumbered by anything that is of this world.
Only by being set apart, and by completely conquering yourself, can you achieve this peace; and that cannot happen easily, and it cannot be accomplished without imagination. Please forgive me for not reinforcing the sweet lies that you are being fed by those who seek to comfort you only, or worse.
The destination that I would choose for you is not so easy, it is very hard for most; however, when you reach this destination, you will not regret the journey, nor the dues that you must pay to get there. You will be filled with tears of joy daily, as I am, regardless of your circumstances.
You might say that I am a little crazy. I would say to you that, sometimes, being a little bit crazy is a sane way to deal with insanely challenging circumstances. What you think of me does not define me. Instead, your judgement of me, and everything and everybody else, is a choice that you are making of what you choose to believe.
You deserve to be warned, though, so I will: the easy road will not lead to heaven. The only way to real enlightenment, if that is what you truly seek, is hard for all of us, no matter who we are; rich or poor.
May God bless you on this journey. I live to write these insights. The pleasure that it gives me is probably beyond your understanding, unless your journey has been hard, like mine 😉

The most important decisions you can make have to do with what you teach your children.
Even at the youngest age, and even if you die young, nothing is more important in your life than what it is that you teach your children.
A child is a clean slate, with so much potential, and so impressionable. They depend on you, learn everything from you, by watching you, by mimiking you, by reacting to you and the environement you provide to them. This is the basis of the decisions that they make later in life, and for everything that results from those decisions.
There is no more sacred and long lasting task than to do well as a parent. There is no experience that will challenge you more, make you learn more, or shape you more than parenthood.
Too many parents take this too lightly. Your mistakes will haunt you, and them, for a lifetime; just as your triumphs in this area will reward you, and them, with joy and triumph, for a lifetime.
What you do as a parent, will change their lives, and your life, for eternity; and will also affect the rest of us who live in this world, for an eternity.
When you love them, you create love. When you dicipline them, you create strength and character. When you teach them to understand things, you enlighten them; and the information you share becomes conviction in you.
If you dissengage from your children, disrepect them, take advantage of them, or ignore them, you also do it to yourself, and to all of us. This is where what is called sin comes from. These mistakes carry on the seventh generation and beyond.
Being a young child is much like being in a beautiful Garden, where everything is provided. Children are clean, they know no sin, they know no nakedness, they know no remorse, and they have no fear. But if they never were exposed to these things, they would never grow, remaining, basically, an intelligent monkey, an animal.
As they grow older, and they become more aware of their surroundings, they gain knowledge that they need to exist in an imperfect world; they are forced to deal with things, and can no longer be protected.
They develop a will of their own, they challenge everything; and they learn lessons that both make them stronger, and also are very painful.
Even this process is part of a very special plan, to make them grow, and become more of a human. It is no accident that things work the way that they do. It is what makes us, us. We are all connected in a very special way.
Everything that we do affects all of us.
Agape love comes from the realization that we are all one, and that no mater how big or small, how good, or how mistaken we are, we are all part of one whole human race. Teach your children well.
And the LORD God planted a garden eastward, in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.

What you Believe you Become
When I was five, my father beat the hell out of my mother, and left, as I watched. I never saw him again, he died overseas when I was seven. So my mother moved five of us, 2 older sisters and two younger bothers and myself, to Livermore California to use her top secret clearance from Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico (white sands) to become a draftsman for Lawrence Livermore Laboratories, to support 5 children as a single mom.
Since I had never been to school at six years old, I was enrolled in the first grade. A little behind, they put me back into kindergarten. There, for 60 days, I was put into the Sylvan learning program, and aloud to study at my own speed. They wanted me to complete 1-2 learning modules per day. I completed 6-7 modules per day, then, already reading and doing math at the third grade level, was accelerated and put into the second grade. For the balance of my education, I was always in talented and gifted programs, and got very high marks. We moved a great deal.
My mother died of cancer in Berkeley California when I was 11, leaving five orphans. We were split up, lived in foster homes and group homes, and I became an emancipated minor at 17.
My life was hard, but I always knew what I was capable of, and that normal rules did not necessarily apply to me, making it possible for me to achieve many amazing things in my lifetime, in spite of my humble beginnings.
My father was an Entrepreneur, founded the first FM radio station in Cloud Croft NM in a converted chicken coop – Maxwell Rothman – an electrical engineer who worked with Kernel Stapp on the first “rocket chairs” at the White Sands ( not really, was nuclear bomb research).
My Mother, Sima Small Rothman, grew up in the Bronx, Jewish, spoke Yiddish, an artist.
When I think back on my life, I realize that much of my belief structure comes from this background.
Much of what we believe is taught
I have been a lifelong Entrepreneur, and have owned many business, made and lost and made back millions of dollars.
It all started with what I was taught to believe. My mother always told me that because I was a Rothman, and because it was America, and because I was Jewish, that I was stronger, more brave, and smarter than others, and that God would always have my back.
Like all young people, I needed to verify these things for myself, and I challenged everything in my youth. I studied and searched for answers, and ended up confirming everything that I had been taught.
There is in fact an interactive relationship between cause and effect: “In the beginning, there was the word, and the word was God, and the word was with God…”
